Likes

The team is very compact and have great understanding. Working with the cross teams is extremely fun and engaging.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Lack of skilled managers. The Software Testing department have great Quality Engineers, proficient in automation and manual testing. However, the Test lead/Manager is lacking in terms of self and teams group. No upliftment and responsibilities taken by the senior managers. Rest the team is backed by the hardworking and skilled software testers.

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
