More openings and opportunities should be provided to the staff already working for many years. Constructive ways to be built for what is the next step ahead or next opportunity to be given. I like how they try to be cool but aren't.
Firstly you will like the environment & you will survive if you don't speak up. There no corporate culture here, its like a close friends running the whole business. One thing about the company is ANY THING CAN HAPPEN ANY TIME. Be ready to get laid off, be ready to see your junior becoming your senior. They all listen to you but then you will be targeted. NO BONUS, I mean 5% increament? Are u serious? And the FAVOURITISM, OMG its in the DNA here everybody who is important is a known of other important person. There no criteria of hard work only CONTACTS work here. People who really wants a change are replaced East India co. as we call it. They don't give bonus/ increment to employees but replace them with someone new with a hike. People just leave this organisation in 6 to 1 year max. One thing I appreciate about this place is the realization that I deserve better.
The company appeared prestigious at first glance but lacked ethics, had a partial work culture, and offered no job security. Despite joining after thorough research, it proved to be quite disturbing. Founded with few employees, it grew, promoting individuals with little to no knowledge to key positions. Unfortunately, this led to mismanagement and exploitation of privileges by leaders. Witnessing pregnant employees pressured to resign and relatives unfairly being promoted was distressing also asking managers to terminate employees simply because they were involved in workplace disagreements with their partners or relatives. I observed employees coerced into leaving disturbing and suicidal conversations among colleagues contemplating drastic action due to toxic management. Management seems overly interested in employees' personal lives, asking about their whereabouts, who they socialize with, and why they spend time with certain colleagues outside of work, asking us as managers to do the same. This makes me wonder about the satisfaction derived from such involvement. The daily commute was marred by anxiety over job security. They don't have bench policy... So if you're project is over, you will be thrown out. They fire 10 employees every week. Noone can say anything that's on thier mind else their name will be put in the weekly firing list. Policies are written but not followed, they can fire you without notice period even if it is in your contract. Any reason is fine to mark you down if the management or thier chelas don't like you. Yet, when a junior question their flawed ideas or points out their inadequacies, these leads erupt in a dramatic display of wounded pride and ego. - Complaints made through skip-level meetings achieve little, as the company is content to tolerate problematic managers/leads as long as their goals are met.
