Great leaders and management practices set by firm like weekly 1-1 catchups, monthly catchups skipping manager, etc.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

WFO strict policies and not following market trends where companies moving towards WFH/hybrid (2 days office) mode, as it gives lot of flexibility to employees and help work life balance.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
