Bizongo provides an open platform to share ideas and suggestions. All ideas are welcomed and relevant ones are worked upon. I got a chance to work with various functions and collaborate for various projects. It's just been a few months since i joined but the growth that i have shown has made me polished and more confident. Learning and growth never stops as everyday you get to brainstorm with creative minds. The culture here provides you with a perfect work life balance and makes working at Bizongo fun and happening.
