So, about the dislikes… Honestly the work culture here is not at all good. They don’t value their employees and there is no sense of job security. Everyone plays blame games and no constructive feedback is given on your performance. These two people are highly unprofessional, nearly unskilled, reluctant in taking any responsibility, highly politicising the work environment, no ownership in someone's professional growth and development, highly biased, completely promote favoritism and can throw you under the bus anytime. PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE TWO PEOPLE WHEN JOINING THE COMPANY AS THEY MAY BE THE ONLY BIGGEST REASON FOR YOU EXITING THE COMPANY. ALSO, THEY CAN OUTRIGHTLY LIE IN YOUR FACE ABOUT THINGS LIKE ATTENDANCE, SO ENSURE RECORDING EVERY CONVERSATION AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. SHE (THE PRINCIPAL ANALYST) WILL MICROMANAGE YOUR WORK AND WILL CREATE UNNECESSARY PRESSURE TO FINISH THE WORK DESPITE THE DELIVERY DEADLINE BEING WAY AHEAD. THE TWO WILL PUT YOU IN DEEPSHIT AND WILL ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN TARGETS. Fuss about small things like work from home. No discussions on your work performance and improvement areas and you will keep imagining about how your are performing. The worst part of this company is the management. Hr, Managers all are double faced people. They talk to you in a very nice manner and the moment you say a word against them, you are done, you will be treated as if you are nothing.. Sharing my own experience: There was a some miss communication between me, my ex manager and Hr due to which my one month salary was deducted by them. When I asked my manager about the same and said him you should have told about this. This was the sentence he used in a call where I, HR and he was present ( You have been working here just because I wanted, or you would have thrown here and no one would have stopped me from doing that..he even used wrong words against me and still HR was completely okay and didn’t said a word to him) Managers and seniors are very arrogant here and they will treat u normally only till you keep saying sir sir and the moment you try to put your points, you are done..My whole team left the job just because of my ex manager behaviour. Worst part, HR and CEO know pretty well about my ex manager behaviour, still no one say a word. So if you are looking to have good work culture where everyone respect each other, then never choose this company.
