Work life balance is very poor. There are only technicians in shift duty, no engineers. So if problem arises in shift in your section, you have to be there whether it is 2 o' clock in morning. And engineers are also less in number as per plant size. So work load is high.

HR was not good, They are not corporate with FLO, your ability hard working, & performancenot important for company. They see your family background. Third class policy of unit.
