There is nothing to be liked about the firm and the people you will be working with. It's a Lala company, you will be disappointed as soon as you join. HR makes false promises and knows nothing. You will be asked to work for Spouse of CMD which is not part of your KRA. The moment you will start working with CMD's wife, soon you will be ill treated by her, she screams over the phone calls and in person as well as she will refer to conversations which actually never happens and you will be blamed by her for everything wrong happening. You will be treated like a culprit and humiliated by her. Even the senior level employees have also left just because of this reason. You will be given role of PA to CMD. But your duties will be of travel coordinator only booking tickets from the day of joining till you leave and asked to prepare stupid comparison charts which will not be even looked at later. Everyday you are required to sit upto 10 pm. No learning and growth The fellow colleagues are also frustrated and irritated but they are stuck. HR will mislead you right from the first day of joining. you will be given a place to sit and work which is extremely dirty and full of dirt all around and claustrophobic too. And accounts department of all jk paper Ltd out of control and no policy and people in only CHAPLUSI. They don't have any proper planing and their financial become only on RAM BHAROSE....Read More

Each thing are bad in account department. Please don't waste your time in jk paper Ltd. No good accomodation no good food no good salary overall it's not for a professional person

Dislikes

Higher authority should realise that everyone having their own quality and calliper to achieve the goal. Salary hike or promotions proper and in time. It would be better if taking feedback of the plant sectional in charge of the department.

The best thing about working at J K paper is it’s here you can get a good opportunity to learn new things and skills. Apart from that location, people, colony, and facilities are nice here.
