Compensation is low than other junior staff and as per experience The working hours is very high last year I have work throughout year 10 to 14 hrs a day also many time call received in night after long day duty Manager do not value an individual unique strength manager mostly unnoticed huge saving kaizen and suggestion and also credit given to like people at the time of appraisal there is a cocern area of improvement for BC...Read More

My work is challenging last year I have work very hard in water crises and run plant above design limit and achieved benchmark it was my great learning experience Now I have to look on four key project work of main spinning plant.
