Bioxcel is good company but managers are not good they screwing the employees and CEO and Senior mgmt. don't take any feedback from employees in anonymous way. Many employees complaint even leave the company due to bad managers but still no effect on management.

Dislikes

Extreme work pressure HR not listening and taking feedbacks from employee and friendly with managers to create bureaucratic environment CEO praise manager as one man army who is doing nothing whole day but playing stocks or doing real estate business. Get active US times and remain unavailable whole day Screwing employees like animals and using dirty language while talking very bad culture non employee friendly...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
