It was wrong career decision which I took while joining Bio Veda(Biotique). The company is simply pathetic and there is nothing good except high salary. In these tough times of Covid-19, company is laying off employees and hasn't paid full salary for front line staffs even for the month of March. There are only talks about firing people and salary cuts. No support in any form is available from company topline management....Read More

The company is driven by owner only and the owner only takes all the decisions. Other people are just following the owner's orders to protect their jobs. There is absolutely no work culture or work ethics present in the company. There are certain practices which are only available on this company and no other company in FMCG industry follow such bad practices in their company. Forcefully reviews written about the company by HR HR never respond you once you resigned you have no value in the management else you have spent your working time more than 20 years There is no prior notice before you fired, you are on targeted any time There is no FNF if you have resigned Vendor's payment not paying on time and they are sitting on the office gate to recover the payment.
