It was wrong career decision which I took while joining Bio Veda(Biotique). The company is simply pathetic and there is nothing good except high salary. In these tough times of Covid-19, company is laying off employees and hasn't paid full salary for front line staffs even for the month of March. The company is driven by owner only and the owner only takes all the decisions. Other people are just following the owner's orders to protect their jobs. There is absolutely no work culture or work ethics present in the company. There are certain practices which are only available on this company and no other company in FMCG industry follow such bad practices in their company.
