1. If you want to join this company you have to politics very well and no need to do work 2. No work life balance you have to work at lest 10 hours 3. Hole company run with timelines without knowledge and no future vision 4. Projects should be complete without trail error or back test after that so many quarries will come 5. Manager are puppets they ask only one thing completed or not they don’t have minimum knowledge 6. If any one have problem they will skip the problem 7. Some people are there they one spreading rumours 8. They are chatthai latterly HOD also 🤣🤣 9. No increments 2 or 3 percent that to December only they will give 10. And biggest thing is Arrears are given by EMI basis’s Upto the march so overall year you will receive increments 11. No leaves policy on paper it’s only oral policy 12. Analytical method should be complete with 1 day 13. Without STP before they will start lanning for COA 14. If you ask any questions they will target you 15.
