Only the Infrastructure has been well maintained

No Work-Life Balance - In time is fix - Out time is not fixed. No Mobile Phones allowed, even in an emergency. (You have to give a detailed explanation why you need phone) They treat Promotions / Appraisals like nothing. Only work with keeping no expectations Very Micro Management. You are constantly monitored by cameras throughoutthe day. They also listen to every communication you have with your co-workers. Asking for leave is asking for their Kidneys...Read More
