It's very good company. Biocon is such beautiful company never have anywhere else. But people are not behaving as good.

Dislikes

Managers and HOD are not listening and supporting team members queries and have to solve by polite way. But they are shouting and doing more politics. And important HR is not confidential and not supporting lower levels.

I had the worst experience at Biocon (small molecules). Experienced people with good knowledge and skills are treated as dumb. People with poor leadership qualities have become managers. For freshers it is OK but they will burdened with too much work. I had one of the worst managers who was always biased towards people from his state. Lots of politics and full partiality. Bharath Kumar tangudu MSAT- No knowledge person, but he will tell I am the crystallization expert.He utilize all the company benefits with company money he will plan family trip and because of him almost 15 persons resigned from the department, he will play a politics among the teammates and he will treat women employee very badly.Daily he will come at 10 am and slowly because of some ISHA sentiment he got grown by the HOD of MSAT. Even a police case registered against him because of denying a leave for vote in election and a women employee filed a case and One day night he was in the police station lockup. Such type of person mentality and how biocon kept till now a question mark. No body likes him all over the department. Very criminal minded and there is no skill and knowledge at all. But how the management keeps him no body do know. He did lot of sin to the workmates and he is thinking. But one day the company definitely throw out then only biocon will have a relief....Read More
