I've seen stability being a key here. A lot of employees have been working for a very long time. So, from job security perspective it's a good place. They have good team bonding culture and have multiple outings in a year for the same. They provide decent salary as per the post.

Dislikes

One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. Though it was expected to be better since it is a pharma company

Dislikes

They call for the role of maintenance engineer and they put us under documentation. Managers over there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program. Thank You!

Work culture was not good. None of managers having skills. Analyst as struggle to complete daily work, resources won't be available. Work flow as many hurdles to complete on time.

They give high package and show more cuttings even bonus and employer PF involved in our salary. Skill wise improvement we don't see any improvements if we have enough knowledge we can survive or else need to suffer Growth wise nothing expectation Work satisfaction is nill CFT Managers will target is if we won't support

It's very good company. Biocon is such beautiful company never have anywhere else. But people are not behaving as good.

Dislikes

Managers and HOD are not listening and supporting team members queries and have to solve by polite way. But they are shouting and doing more politics. And important HR is not confidential and not supporting lower levels.

I had the worst experience at Biocon (small molecules). Experienced people with good knowledge and skills are treated as dumb. People with poor leadership qualities have become managers. For freshers it is OK but they will burdened with too much work. I had one of the worst managers who was always biased towards people from his state. Lots of politics and full partiality.
