InfoTech_End User Computing (EUC) Specialist - Contract

We seek an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Specialist with expertise in Modern Workplace Technologies to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Intune Implementation, Auto Provisioning, Azure, Active Directory, Hybrid Infrastructure, and Operating System Deployment. This role will manage, optimise, and secure the end-user computing environment to enhance productivity and ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Modern Workplace & Device Management:

• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, compliance policies, and security.
• Configure and manage Auto Provisioning using Windows Autopilot for seamless device deployment.
• Ensure smooth operating system deployment (OSD) via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) or Intune.

Identity & Access Management:

• Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Hybrid AD environments, ensuring secure authentication and access control.
• Implement and maintain conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO).

End-User Support & Optimization:

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving complex EUC issues related to Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Migrate group policies (GPOs) for effective device management.
• Monitor and optimise desktop performance, security, and compliance standards.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• Manage and enhance endpoint security by deploying Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker encryption, and threat protection tools.
• Conduct regular patch management and vulnerability assessments.

Collaboration & Cloud Integration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Implement cloud-based application management and remote working solutions.
• Manage OneDrive and cloud storage policies for secure file access and sharing.

Automation & Process Improvement:

• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline IT operations.
• Enhance self-service IT solutions for better end-user experience.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new EUC technologies to enhance productivity and security.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-9 years of experience in End User Computing and Modern Workplace Technologies.
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and Windows 10/11 deployment.
• Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Hybrid AD, and Group Policy Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Teams, and OneDrive management.
• Hands-on experience in endpoint security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of PowerShell scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with global IT operations.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
