End User Computing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with End-User Computing (EUC) devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, etc.
• 4-5 years of experience working with VPNs, antivirus solutions, MS Teams, Outlook, Office 365, etc.
• 3-4 years of practical experience in LAN, Windows OS, patching, and application support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP for 3-4 years.
• Understanding of asset and inventory management processes.
• 4-5 years of experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow (SNOW), BMC Remedy, Zendesk, Fresh Service, ServiceDesk+, etc.
• 2-3 years of solid knowledge and understanding of ITSM processes.
