No job security for operations employees. Only QA is enjoying their life over here. Horrible culture and no personal life specially for the production guys. Company policies are good. Some QA managers are thinking themselves as GOD and they always target the production individual who didn’t satisfy their ego. They are spoiling the entire environment and image of Biocon. QA managers are using data integrity as tool to target the production employees and utilities their entire team for production team humiliation. Due to this none of the production manager are stable in the company. Production highly qualified employees even PhD are responsible for all production jobs including area cleaning, machine cleaning and machine operations but QA guys are not even responsible for even sampling of the products (as per them they are the most superior species of the pharmaceutical industry and responsible only for the humiliation of the people not for support in their language non technical jobs)...Read More
