Working culture is very poor, there is no human touch at all. Old top management people not listening to ideas to improve. They will hire you be assigned any work. Don't come to leave your well settled job. Company has poor management as well. Not using any systematic tool. They do daily firefighting. You will only lose your learning, nothing you will learn from here.

Very toxic work culture, HODs abuse and shout at will every day. Worse than a private limited company. HR department knew everything, but they don't act even if entire department complains. No allotted sitting places & No employee engagement activities. Also, company lacks qualified people at the top.

Bad Culture. Too much Politics and Bias in Performance Evaluation. Do not respect employees to complete the tenure who is very is close to retirement and asking to leave just for 11 months to complete after spending contributing 13 years on my life to Biocon. Top Management after 2020 is very poor and has no ideal of Business Sense.

Worst work culture, shouting bosses, no clarity on deliverables. Dummy HR guys, who never hesitate to remove people based on one email from L+1. Worst company wrt to job security. Most of the people leading functions are not qualified to handle that role and lack skill sets required for the role assigned.
