Team members are supportive that's the only good thing about the company.

Dislikes

There's many things to dislike about the company.starting with less salary,worst management,Team leaders are very less supportive they play blame game and most important there is no growth and less salary.

Work Details

Don't join this firm that's my first and foremost advice.Do think twice before joining this firm. There is no growth,Team leader's are less supportive and play blame games with you. Specially if you work under Anil Kharat he is the worst TL I have seen.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
