Nothing much positive to say, you get a decent pay, on time

Dislikes

The company still follows culture like govt offices, doesn't suit a fast growing startup. Promotions are given based on tenurity, highly short staffed and messy. Nobody has clearly defined metrics, roles and responsibilities, leadership doesn't exist at all.Team leaders and managers are just entitled idiots who just passes on their workload to others and pretend to support the organisation on their shoulders.Terrible culture including harrasment and long hours,no respect for truly talented folks. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
