Nothing as such for like ,first day start selling , they hire 100 people and next week they select only 5 people means you are not secure ,I know sales is always challanging job but here beleive me they are very bad people ,this job is good for who are not getting job anywhere ,I am giving my genuine feedback but it's up to you . All the positive review given by their own ( chaploos) people.

no work life balance. Here are some stupid seniors who treat people like dog and dog like people. Recently fired alot of people due to bad financial management, specially Ops and Tech, who worked whole day and night for straight 1 month to make new products(including saturday ) and later while firing some of them, the CEO called the fired people as “low performers” in our team meets.
