Nothing much. Too much micro managing and also discouraging . Don't fall for false promises about work culture and benefits during the interview.

No Work life balance No Proper management No job Security ( my manager got fired overnight) Long work hours , will force to work on weekends, festivals You will have meeting anytime of the time and it will be discouraging and humiliating people in front of all. Management sucks, they harass people and Work culture is very toxic, HR's are stupid. No incentive structure. I did sales continuously but there were no incentives given. They can lay you off for any silly reason. Some people who don't have the knowledge are sitting on higher positions. There’s no such perks to enjoy and some people are too much into office politics, they change policies whenever they want. Not a good place to start your career even their customers are also not satisfied only 9-10% out of 100% is happy with service and product
