Furthermore, female employees face unfair treatment and harassment, with promotions potentially being granted based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a toxic work environment and undermines the value of hard work and dedication. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of support for employees who are not part of the favored group, with expectations to complete work even when hospitalized. This is unacceptable and highlights the need for a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
