Furthermore, female employees face unfair treatment and harassment, with promotions potentially being granted based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a toxic work environment and undermines the value of hard work and dedication. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of support for employees who are not part of the favored group, with expectations to complete work even when hospitalized. Highly demotivational environment. They daily have 3 to 4 meetings. You will get very less time to perform on ground and get the results. Also they have multiple Boss environment where you will have to report to multiple people at same time.

The company says that we do not do partiality but there is full partiality in it. The manager supports only 2-3 big people and mentally frustrates everyone else..and there is no security of the job..it can be the last day anytime.
