Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't identify who are work for company. **Who are closed to managers and store managers they are given good opportunity to them not for hard worker .**In company lot of partiality is there . What I'm given stars is important points.Not good in Salary hike and bonus every year . Career growth also slow.
