Now comming to things that I like about my company. Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it

I joined on October 2022 as a segregator. Till today i have learnt many kinds of working skills from that position. As i learnt from Bigbasket are order delivery, costomer healing with very smoothly, management the warehouse, inventory management and many more. BB

In Big basket lot of partiality is there . Employee who is working hard they doesn't have any respect for his work. Ande Arvind get terminated because they are told that they are not performer and they are being terminated
