Started career as a GET in 2010, so I have a mixed review about BPSL. Overall I have a great colleagues and senior from whom I enjoyed and learned a lot work technical and management skills and grew from a seed to a tree where I am right now. Frankly speaking "I really love this company".

Dislikes

Its promotion policy and learning & skills enhancement and development was poor at that time. Documents were kept hidden from employees, were available only to limited people especially senior officials. Now it has been taken over by JSW group, so things may get improved.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
