Teammates are cooperative. No in house training facility. Job security average. As an international consultants good scope for career developments. Salary and appraisal systems are average. Travel inside Dubai is required to various destinations. No apparent politics felt. Opportunity for learning available Good work environment. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
