I work here only because of its reputation and the possibility of working where ever one wants to contribute. Although earning freedom of work is not easy but the environment allows cross functional interaction and personal development opportunities.

Dislikes

Weak Leadership leads to lack of company vision and lack of alignment with business goals.

I have freedom to work my way.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
