Work experience is as to follow as per BHEL contract rules,learned a different skill of IMIR, As a vendor we have to do work as per HPCL required with the intract of EIL,And the benefits are Hike of salary based on my efforts and working culture ,company culture is quit different from Pvt ltds because of Big PSU company.Job security is contract period of 2 years then after Extension will be happen,But there is not growth but as per quality relatives was seen in documents and finded as per Quality Action plan or else Inspection Categorys Plan .work satisfaction 4 out of 5 but the contract is being closed because of Project complete....Read More

Site life is hell No work hour sometimes it 8 hrs sometimes it's 13 hrs. You may be asked to go home at 2 pm all of a sudden and come back for night shift. Sometimes alternative Sundays. All the work is contractors oriented on whom company has no control you'll be given a lot of responsibility without authority.
