1. Work-life balance is horrible. All Saturdays even some Sundays are declared as a normal working day in every month. 2. Time & discipline rules are not applied for every employee. 3. Any one can violate co. rules & etiquette if he/she does business. 3. Late night culture. It hampers personal life. 4. Behavior of seniors is not same to every sub-ordinate. The company wants to push some products which aren’t as good as the competition and the Team leaders can be a bit abusive in calls.
