Company has taken so many initiative like SA.. new DAP.. PP ..new plan and it makes bussiness easy. Company policies are now transparent .

Dislikes

All things are coming fast and execution time is less. We should launch intiative and give proper time to execute before launching next initiatives. Otherwise overlapping is there and many things left behind unattended.
