...hat problems they have still been facing. I feel guilty working in this company. They even kept hold of my salary when I gave them my resignation they did not revert my email plus did not give me a acceptance letter as well it was very unprofessional.

Bharti AXA is a Fraud company.. Whatever they promise you during interview those are false..Job security 0.. Stipend completely false based on my experience..I worked there for 2 month r recruited 6 candidate and I got just 6K rs..38K Stipend completely false so be alert guys..Stay away from Bharti AXA

Everything will be disliked they..We went for jobs to learnt something and have to had our salary for it...But they didn't gave you any salary

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There should be one or two emergency leaves by cutting money.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners. There are not providing experience certificate to the employees when they resign the job.
