Working in Airtel good and meet my regular clients in B2B is so supportive to me.

Dislikes

Boss and Manager are not supportive and my manager has joined his friend as account manager and he will take over our B2B business and giving our generated lead to his friend. My Resignation is forcefully from him due to my business cug no. Lead had taken and provide to his friend from my manager and I told to my boss Mr. Karun Mehta he will not support me.

Work culture is very bad specially with manager and co worker they all are currupt.

The whole team is currupt all specially my team ( Agra) Deepak kumar didnt know how to handle the team he is very insolent . One person has the right to do everything, the other has no right to go and work in his territory. My manager would not let me work in my own territory . He would send other people from Agra. I was located in aligarh as an Account Manager

This is my best experience that I am working with Bharti Airtel. Airtel such a wonderful company specially for the company orientation.I have learnt alot of new skills and team management. I'll tell one of the best part of Airtel is there is a lots of way to learn more with the help of hive/ABLE modules it will really grateful. Thanks you!

There is not any kind of dislikes that I no word of it but I wish that I could rejoin Airtel. And there a policy 18 Months I personally think it should be easier like 6-12 Months.
