One of the worst cultures of any company I have worked for. There is lots of politics and if you dont be a slave to your boss they will make your job conditions so bad that eventually you will have to resign. Hr is just for namesake, they won't do anything. People with no technical or job skills get promoted just because they used to do bosse's bidding and didn't have any spine to have their own opinion. They don't care of frond desk executives.. they only care company own role staff.. pathetic.. we don't have any entertainment at all.. all time duty only.. we don't have specific time for having food.. if we have no customers we can eat food. We don't have a free recharge for official sim. We don't have a tea allowance. What a poor company. Working time 9.30am to 7.00 pm , 9.30 hrs duty.

Company culture has changed and become completely telco centric. Heavy culture of pleasing bosses and not a thought for what the users actually want. Impossible targets and extremely poor growth path. Sexism rampant, favouritism towards men and growth path is biased for favourites.

The CEO is a shrewd woman who has no respect for any employee. She will make your life miserable so either you will quit on your own or if not then she will fire you if you don’t become her servant.

No regard for any employee. They mistreat you shout at you irrespective of your performance. High attrition in this company because of this reason. Employees are afraid of the CEO and will not speak against her no matter how she behaves.
