They provide the platform for freshers so that a person can gain knowledge and skills for future.
Dislikes
Main issue is salery. If we are giving 7 hour daily shift as PAN India, so why we are getting only 6-7k salery and we receive that salery on the 25/26 of next month.Means another month also passes and we dont have money for last month as i am girl and i am on rent here so i have to give money to my landlord at time. Main request is if we are working as a PAN India employee so please treat us like a PAN India employee.

The worst experience ever because the team leader the manager the operation management they don't care at all to the concern of customer they all want to earn money they want only performance only just to pick the calls whether it doesn't matter that customer is pissed off customer is not getting proper services . It doesn't matter at all this is a serious issue with Airtel .

I learnt how to interact with people, claim thiers issues in the limited period. And just about the salary it was fair enough. Although the team-mates were supportive too.
Dislikes
There is a lot of politics done and management doesn't address our issues instantly. Salary is decent but the career growth is slow. Just the things to learn in the process was limited, such as computer knowledge. And was just finding to get an better opportunity in my way.
