Working in Airtel good and meet my regular clients in B2B is so supportive to me.

Dislikes

Boss and Manager are not supportive and my manager has joined his friend as account manager and he will take over our B2B business and giving our generated lead to his friend. My Resignation is forcefully from him due to my business cug no. Lead had taken and provide to his friend from my manager and I told to my boss Mr. Karun Mehta he will not support me.

Work culture is very bad specially with manager and co worker they all are currupt.

The whole team is currupt all specially my team ( Agra) Deepak kumar didnt know how to handle the team he is very insolent . One person has the right to do everything, the other has no right to go and work in his territory. My manager would not let me work in my own territory . He would send other people from Agra. I was located in aligarh as an Account Manager

There is not any kind of dislikes that I no word of it but I wish that I could rejoin Airtel. And there a policy 18 Months I personally think it should be easier like 6-12 Months.

This Roll is Off-Roll Job hence the Job will be depends on the SM, ZM, there is no Job security if we are middle/Top performer because M4 Decay can fire your Job, i dont know as a Sales person/CRO we are responsible for pitching the sales but how we responsibke for either customer continuing the service or not, because its depends on as company services and benefits of the product. and services

HR will say it's hybrid but after you join Airtel you got scam because some teams are not providing work from home even if you will be emergency situations or sick. Lots of micro management toxic leaders in team. Pune location food quality also worst. Lots of toxic work culture are there special in digital business information and security teams. The CEO is a shrewd woman who has no respect for any employee. She will make your life miserable so either you will quit on your own or if not then she will fire you if you don’t become her servant.

Dislikes

No regard for any employee. They mistreat you shout at you irrespective of your performance. High attrition in this company because of this reason. Employees are afraid of the CEO and will not speak against her no matter how she behaves.

HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.
