We had to reach office one hour before the office timing just for click a photo to send in seniors group. And a morning meeting everyday Your increment is depend how good you are in buttering to your seniors. Every 2 or 3 months they changed there incentive policy. There is lots of KPI IN Incentive scheme but if you don't achieve asingle kpi then they will not realise any amount for any kpi.
