My experience in the off-role position at airtel has been disappointing. The work culture is poor, there are limited opportunities for learning and growth, and management lacks support. Overall, the off-role does not contribute to career growth.

After I met with an accident, the then H.R. Manager was very good, but then, I don't know what happened to Him. His replacement was the most terrible person that I had met, like Ever! I had to quit the company in view of that a-hole of a "person". A scumbag, in total Reality! Mr. banajit ojah- that GOD forsaken a-hole!
