We had to reach office one hour before the office timing just for click a photo to send in seniors group. And a morning meeting everyday Your increment is depend how good you are in buttering to your seniors. Every 2 or 3 months they changed there incentive policy. There is lots of KP I IN Incentive scheme but if you don't achieve a single kpi then they will not realise any amount for any kpi. It's a good value adding company which not only focus on company's growth but as well as employee's growth also. Also , the perks & incentives we get here in terms of salary as well as incentives are credited on time without any delay. There is much corporate exposure & knowledge gaining through modules being assigned & regular time- to-time activities like quizzes on company's app & portal as well so that a kind of decurrum is maintained. Also , company made the work more convenient by providing resources by it's own like laptop to work. Though I live in West Delhi , but I got South Delhi area to work when joined the company. But still it was manageable because of the previous manager as he called for gate meeting to the point convenient for everyone and used to treat everyone equally , but after the new manager came , we were mostly called more far away due to whic h much of my time & money got affected. Hardcore sale pressure, you have to do numbers on daily basis, they compare performance from your last month performance and give new targets which makes high every month, plus you also deal with customer service.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to New joinees

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
