Politics, HR team is Partial, they do not respond properly. Salaries are very less. Even HR recruits people and due to the Brand name hires employees at negative hikes. They dont care for career and growth of employees. Even functional heads are DGM -17 yrs of exp and just Diploma holders having no knowledge. My experience in the off-role position at airtel has been disappointing. The work culture is poor, there are limited opportunities for learning and growth, and management lacks support. Overall, the off-role does not contribute to career growth.
