Airtel's Policy is not that bad.. Nice office space and Ambience make you Glad :-) You have the freedom to play your part if you know the tricks you are the smart !! Perks like free d2h, broadband and Postpaid somehow your happiness get repaid :-) They have good budget to hire Ofcourse they don't hesitate to fire ! So !! If you don't fit in the politics game Resign before they target your name :-)

I have worked for Network Vertical, and the review might be different for other verticals. 1. Office Politics and Discrimination 2. Micromanagement 3. Biased Manager 4. Discrimination in WFH, some people are "Damad" for all over the year, and some have to come 5 days office whether the work is the same 5. Forget about your mental health the moment you join Airtel . No proper KTs given to new joiners . Working at night and weekend is very common here , very unprofessional way of working My suggestion would be leave as soon as possible.

Everything is good except time. It's a learning class for freshers. Most of the coligus are supportive. In the company, their is no hr and it person, for your support if anything comes they works from Delhi.

Working days are Monday to Friday for just talk and working hours also. You can work 28 days in a month and 11 to 12 hr in the day

Office politics. Poor management. Poor infrastructure. Unnecessary work pressure. Manager gives promotions, WFH and good hike only to his favourite individual. Manager indirectly threatens to lay off. No rules and regulations to Manager, these are only applicable to his subordinates. Manager thinks of himself as a king and takes advantage of other’s weakness. Lack of empathy in Manager.

Actually airtel work culture was good before Jio launch. One is feeling empowered and giving his or her best.

afterwards airtel work culture deteriorating day by day, my RM was favouring DR those are buttering him, in return they're getting benefits. moreover he himself getting favour from CTO airtel and got promotion. This is the ground realities, take it as genuine feedback.

I was working in airtel as my payroll company deployed me as a L1 Network engineer . The atmosphere was Okay Okay but for the non payroll engineer there was no such facilities like on roll employees and for the off roll there is 6 days working. No increment for off roll employee.

Politics, HR team is Partial, they do not respond properly. Salaries are very less. Even HR recruits people and due to the Brand name hires employees at negative hikes. They dont care for career and growth of employees. Even functional heads are DGM -17 yrs of exp and just Diploma holders having no knowledge.
