Company is very good but employees like sumit srivastava are very patatic & he treats there employees like a labour, There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. We hired on 3rd party pay role v5 global services Pvt Ltd but V5 does not support there employees. Incentive policy is very poor

I was working in airtel as my payroll company deployed me as a L1 Network engineer . The atmosphere was Okay Okay but for the non payroll engineer there was no such facilities like on roll employees and for the off roll there is 6 days working. No increment for off roll employee.
