Working in Airtel good and meet my regular clients in B2B is so supportive to me.

Dislikes

Boss and Manager are not supportive and my manager has joined his friend as account manager and he will take over our B2B business and giving our generated lead to his friend. My Resignation is forcefully from him due to my business cug no. Lead had taken and provide to his friend from my manager and I told to my boss Mr. Karun Mehta he will not support me.

Work culture is very bad specially with manager and co worker they all are currupt.

The whole team is currupt all specially my team ( Agra) Deepak kumar didnt know how to handle the team he is very insolent . One person has the right to do everything, the other has no right to go and work in his territory. My manager would not let me work in my own territory . He would send other people from Agra. I was located in aligarh as an Account Manager

This is my best experience that I am working with Bharti Airtel. Airtel such a wonderful company specially for the company orientation.I have learnt alot of new skills and team management. There is not any kind of dislikes that I no word of it but I wish that I could rejoin Airtel. And there a policy 18 Months I personally think it should be easier like 6-12 Months.

As we know Airtel is a big brand in pan india. It helps to learn a lot in technology and products. It gives a platform to learn and grow.

According to my experience in Airtel, managers should be cooperative and do not apply partiality in work. In Gurgaon all managers are supporting to only known/neighbours state employees it shows in their way of working. Work culture is very bad due to these manager. They intentionally giving bad rating to others state employee and don't want to do better...

They don't care of frond desk executives.. they only care company own role staff.. pathetic.. we don't have any entertainment at all.. all time duty only.. we don't have specific time for having food.. if we have no customers we can eat food. We don't have a free recharge for official sim. We don't have a tea allowance. What a poor company. Working time 9.30am to 7.00 pm , 9.30 hrs duty.

Company culture has changed and become completely telco centric. Heavy culture of pleasing bosses and not a thought for what the users actually want. Impossible targets and extremely poor growth path. Sexism rampant, favouritism towards men and growth path is biased for favourites.

This Roll is Off-Roll Job hence the Job will be depends on the SM, ZM, there is no Job security if we are middle/Top performer because M4 Decay can fire your Job, i dont know as a Sales person/CRO we are responsible for pitching the sales but how we responsibke for either customer continuing the service or not, because its depends on as company services and benefits of the product. and services
