Forget about your mental health the moment you join Airtel . No proper KTs given to new joiners . Working at night and weekend is very common here , very unprofessional way of working My suggestion would be leave as soon as possible.

Office environment worst than bpo. Micromanagement is on peak here. No one discourage or ask you or give time to do leaning on new technologies. They will hire you saying hybrid work and flexibility but when you join you got to know it is all 5 days working from office. They have taken office outside gurgaon 45 minutes away from metro station. I will not suggest this company even to my enemy. This place is hell....Read More

4 days WFO and Friday WFH

Dislikes

Office politics. Poor management. Poor infrastructure. Unnecessary work pressure. Manager gives promotions, WFH and good hike only to his favourite individual. Manager indirectly threatens to lay off. No rules and regulations to Manager, these are only applicable to his subordinates. Manager thinks of himself as a king and takes advantage of other’s weakness. Lack of empathy in Manager.

The CEO is a shrewd woman who has no respect for any employee. She will make your life miserable so either you will quit on your own or if not then she will fire you if you don’t become her servant.

No regard for any employee. They mistreat you shout at you irrespective of your performance. High attrition in this company because of this reason. Employees are afraid of the CEO and will not speak against her no matter how she behaves.

HR team is very strict and selfish in salary negotiation. They dont pay as per experience. Even a person with 10 years experience can get a salary lesser than one with 1 year. Reference matters. Even off role HR behaves like a CEO.

Raja aur unke das kind of system. Pintu sing HDO Circle Head is just a scrap. He can ask you to join a zoom call at 12 midnight and will start shouting without thinking you are sleeping with your family.

Poor Commitment and Leadership The company showed a lack of commitment, with a manager who was unresponsive and often resorted to bullying. No Clear Direction or Structure There was no proper process or vision in place. Everything felt chaotic and unorganized, making it hard to focus. High Employee Chrun People were leaving faster than new hires could come on board, creating a lot of instability. Lack of Originality Instead of innovating, the company seemed to copy competitors like Jio and Mi (in digital camera offerings) without understanding user needs. No proper user research was done. HR Concerns When I raised my concerns with the VP HR Business Partner (HRBP), she arrived 30 minutes late to the meeting, was very rude, and told me to either "not burn bridges" or leave.
