Good place to learn how to work under pressure.. fresher's can learn many things if they want to improve keeping salaries apart. Only suggestion to company is to increase the minimum package for freshers so that they can get good hike for next job.

Dislikes

Lot of pressure under worker.. but sometimes it's good to work under pressure.. and late logout is also a big concern
