I have joined as a relationship manger in this organisation. I would like to inform that how to improve team management and achieve our KRA. Total organization I found that it is friendly environment.

Since I am joining it is grate platform to showcase our skills to achieve our goal. I didn't find any like that but growth is slow.

Work Details

My work at this company is slightly challenging as daily basis. I have to communicate the clients every alternate day and also close account retentions.
