1. No job sequrity. 2. Very dirty level politics in factory by specific peoples because they only want to save there jobs and don't want factory growth. 3. Fire the employee with any route cause analysis 4. No work hierarchy treat mild level as like helpers 5. Managers/heads never ever take any responsibility and though the problem in bottom level and save there job by cross complaning of decent work 6. Many rumours and fake informers in factory which provided only wrong information (some peoples have don't have any knowledge and fear about his job). 7. The salary is very less, increment is also very low . Learning new skills are also difficult (as only few repetitive task is there to do). canteen food is worst.

This is the place where you can improve yourself by the environment of new techniques of wire drawings and wire ropes manufacturing. Along with these it is interesting and challenging work for maintenance.

Here, some of HR policies which I dislikes, for example no-one gets growth or increment according to his skills. All gets flat increments.
