Plant head sir very supportive In quality department Mr.Aniket Palshikar, Mr.Arun Patil , mr.Anish Gupta supporting to each employee. Actually Aniket sir ,Arun sir ,Anish sir handling all activities in quality department. Company environment is very good.. Enjoyed and learned training which given in quality department.

Likes Top management supports employees. Like AVP & Plant Head & JMD. But your HOD will torture you so much that you can't go to him every time. Dislikes 1:-The HR policy is very bad. 2:-The notice period there is 2 months for Assistant Manager and 3 months for Deputy Manager. 3:-If you do not serve the notice period, they deduct the gross salary and not the basic salary. 4:-And they do not give any full and final breakup certificate. 5:-Because the company I was joining had bought my notice period. But Bharat Wire did not give me any full and final breakup certificate. 6:-Due to this, the company I joined did not give me the notice period money. My amount was about approx 83000 rupees. My money got lost because of Bharat Wire Ropes Itd. 7:-1 emailed HR many times. But HR did not reply to my email. 8:-If I tell you my experience, if you want to leave this company, just take your salary and submit immediate resignation and stop going to duty from the next day. 9:-Because I did the entire resignation process through proper channel so that a relationship can be maintained. But its result was absolutely zero. 10:-If you think that we should follow the proper channel of resignation to maintain the relationship, then you will be proved absolutely hundred percent wrong at that place. You will realize this later. 11:-If I talk specifically about the electrical department, there is rule of two people who talk like non-technical. 12:-They do not have the manners to talk to seniors and juniors. Only those who do not know anything and who can bear their abuses are working there. 13:-1 would especially refuse to join this electrical department as long as these people are there. 14:-Even if you join there, within a week you will feel that we took a wrong decision. And you will be mentally stressed. Because you will be tortured so much. 15:-The electrical department has a completely toxic environment. 16:-The canteen food is absolutely bad. Even dogs would not like such food. 17:-Bharat Wire had a very good image in the market long ago. But today no one wants to join Bharat Wire whoever comes to know about it. That is why before joining, people connect with people on Linkedin and take feedback, which is also right. 18:-You can be as strong as you want. You will have to leave this job in eight to nine months because you will be so stressed. In which you will also suffer a huge financial loss. Bad hr police. They conduct cricket tournament and when Hr Team not qualified for final then, Hr cancel tournament. And take and say if hr can't play then tournament cancel and noone can go again this decision of Hr head. There is politics present everywhere. Special Hr is not working like a Hr.
